I found the rosemary skewers in the produce department in a four pack. The directions were to wash and soak them in water for 5 minutes them remove the leaves from 3/4 of the stem. I kept mine soaking until I was ready to assemble my kabobs. The sauce and skewers were screaming “chicken” at me as I wheeled my cart through the store for seeking inspiration. I grabbed a couple of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, two colorful sweet peppers, a yellow onion, and small ripe tomatoes. I decided to serve my kabobs with steamed rice flavored with lemongrass. After cutting the chicken and vegetables into cubes I marinated them for an hour in the sauce. They chicken and veggies were threaded onto the skewers and the green rosemary leaves wrapped in foil to prevent burning. I thinned a little sauce with water and olive oil and basted the kabobs as they cooked. I grilled them on medium heat until they were done and bit charred. We love the char! The result was fantastic! The sauce has great flavor and the rosemary skewers imparted a great flavor to the chicken. I am already thinking of other uses for this delicious sauce. Try it. Soon.
